• Force Majeure Event means any event beyond the reasonable control of Aalphas, including, but not limited to:

1. Acts of God (e.g., natural disasters, extreme weather events)
2. Acts of war, terrorism, civil unrest, or riots
3. Strikes or labor disputes
4. Government intervention (e.g., lockdowns, import/export restrictions)
5. Material shortages
6. Fire, flood, or other catastrophes
7. Disruptions to transportation or communication networks
8. Pandemics or other outbreaks of infectious disease

In the event of a Force Majeure Event, Aalphas will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize the delay or failure and to resume performance of its obligations as soon as practicable. Aalphas will promptly notify you of the occurrence of a Force Majeure Event and will use commercially reasonable efforts to keep you informed of the ongoing situation.

If the Force Majeure Event continues for a period of 30 days, either you or Aalphas may terminate this Agreement upon written notice. In the event of such termination, Aalphas will provide you with a refund for any prepaid products or services that were not delivered due to the Force Majeure Event.

8. USER CONDUCT

In accordance with Danish law and to maintain the integrity of our brand and community, Aalphas expects all users to adhere to the following standards of conduct when engaging with our website and purchasing our products:

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark.

13. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these terms and conditions is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these terms and conditions.
