We offer worldwide shipping with the following estimates:
Within Denmark: 1-3 business days
EU countries: 4-8 business days
Outside EU: 8-12 business days

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

- Refund Process: Once we receive the returned product and verify its eligibility for a refund, we will process the refund to the original method of payment. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

- Exchange Shipping: Similar to returns, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the original product back to us for exchange. We will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement item to you.
- Exchange Processing: Upon receiving the returned product, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item to you in a timely manner.
